Meet Your Facilitators
Christina Martin
Christina originally hails from Lancaster, PA and connected with hot yoga in 2012. What started as a journey to get in better physical shape has evolved into a passion for functional movement & being part of a supportive community that benefits all aspects of health. Christina is certified in hot yoga (26&2), yin, pyroPilates, and Mindful Resilience Training and currently working towards her Level 1 LYT certification.
Christina Hong
Christina focuses on having a yoga practice that is inclusive, student-centered, embodied and trauma-informed. In every class that she teaches, Christina aims to inspire her students to feel empowered in their bodies, honor their boundaries, and enjoy the beauty of the peaks and valleys along the way.
Paul Carr
Paul, a Houston native, has dedicated his professional career to performing and promoting Jazz through education and community outreach. Paul has recorded 8 CD’s, which have been well received by critics and jazz fans alike. He was a favorite of President Clinton during his term in office and has toured across the world, sharing the stage with many of the greatest names in jazz.
Hamilton Garces
Hamilton Garces is a heart-centered veteran and a sacred sound, pranayama, mindfulness, and meditation practitioner. His approach is an integrated practice that allows you to reach states of deep meditation, awareness, and rest through breathwork, movement, and sacred sound immersions.
