By registering for our retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable $350 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

• The remaining balance is due by January 31, 2026. If payment is not completed by this date, your reservation may be canceled and all payments forfeited.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hellochristinahong@gmail.com.

• Cancellations received by December 30, 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the $350 deposit).

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after December 30, 2025, for any reason.

• No refunds are available for late arrivals, early departures, or missed portions of the retreat.

Travel and Health Responsibility

• All participants are expected to respect and follow any public health guidelines or venue protocols in effect at the time of the retreat.

• This may include, but is not limited to: health screenings, testing requirements, mask usage, or other wellness measures.

• If testing is required for travel or participation, you are responsible for arranging and covering any associated costs.

• Should the retreat be postponed or canceled due to public health regulations, you will be notified with options for rescheduling or credits, as determined by the venue and organizers.

• No refunds will be given for inability to attend due to personal illness or exposure unless otherwise stated in writing.

Liability Waiver

• By attending this retreat, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in yoga, movement, and wellness activities. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical or psychological injury

  • Illness

  • Emotional distress

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

• You hereby release and hold harmless Consciously Christina, Casa Om Potomac LLC, and all facilitators, staff, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.

• You agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being throughout the retreat.

  • Cover the cost of any personal medical treatment, if needed.

  • Accept liability for any damage you may cause to property or facilities.

  • Understand that participation is at your own risk.

Media Use & Release

• By participating in the retreat, you grant permission for Consciously Christina to capture and use photographs, video, and/or audio recordings that may include your image or voice. These may be used for promotional purposes on websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.

• You understand that:

  • You will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.

  • You may request not to be photographed by notifying the facilitator at the time.

  • Any specific concerns can be directed to hellochristinahong@gmail.com prior to the retreat.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms, policies, and conditions stated above.
