A one-day retreat to rest and recharge your spirit
Held at Beausoleil Farm, we'll retreat for a day designed to gently guide you inward. Rather than adding more, we'll spend the day unraveling tension, listening deeply, and remembering the steadiness that lives beneath the noise of daily life.
Through yoga, sound healing, bodywork, and time in nature, we will create the conditions for deep presence and release. This is not a day of doing, but a softening; an invitation for your body and spirit to recalibrate. With the land as our container, you are invited to step out of patterns of pace and into a rhythm that restores, supports, and gently reawakens.
Whether you come seeking clarity or simply space to breathe, you will be held in an environment where your only task is to rest, receive, and remember your natural rhythm.
BEAUSOLEIL FARM IN MIDDLETOWN, MARYLAND
Just an hour from Baltimore, DC, and NoVA, Beausoleil Farm offers a serene sanctuary to rest and reset. The centerpiece is an iconic natural building designed by Sigi Koko, built with straw bale insulation, clay plaster, and a living green roof.
