This mini retreat weaves together contrast therapy, guided meditation, and sound healing to ground you in your body and set intentions from the heart. You’ll experience the elemental contrast of infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy, a ritual of surrender and resilience that awakens vitality and flow.
Through journaling and heartfelt circle sharing, we’ll honor our rhythms, explore self-love, and deepen in sisterhood. The evening closes with a restorative sound healing journey to soothe your nervous system and integrate the experience.
