Meet Your Facilitators


Christina Martin

Christina originally hails from Lancaster, PA and connected with hot yoga in 2012. What started as a journey to get in better physical shape has evolved into a passion for functional & sustainable movement in all areas of life. Christina is certified in hot yoga (26&2), pyroPilates, Mindful Resilience Training, Lyt Level 1, Lyt Level 2 Extremities.


Hamilton Garces

Hamilton Garces is a heart-centered veteran and a sacred sound, pranayama, mindfulness, and meditation practitioner. His approach is an integrated practice that allows you to reach states of deep meditation, awareness, and rest through breathwork, movement, and sacred sound immersions.


Christina Hong

Christina is a Yoga Teacher and Ceremonialist based in the suburbs of Washington, DC. Her mission is to awaken others to the wisdom and healing that lives within through mindfulness, medicine, and movement. She focuses on offering a practice that is accessible and embodiment-focused. Christina works towards creating a world in which everyone feels safe, seen, and supported throughout their journey.
